Find your 'Trusted Few'
Our jobs add to us being ’emotional creatures’. I learnt very early that it is important to find people who become your ‘trusted few’ – the people you joke with, download and debrief with, to survive the complexity of our jobs. Humour and debriefing is healthy, just remember to do it without breaking our Code of Conduct and maybe not in the open air of our staffrooms.
