A. Staff/Parent Combination Sessions

If you’re goal is to encourage conversations and sustainable change across your school community, why not book one of each?

- Allows the same topic to be delivered across 2 groups:
  - a Staff session (90 minutes)
  - and a Parent session (90 minutes)
- Each session is tailored to the different perspectives of each group.
- Provides consistent language across the groups, to encourage ongoing conversations and cultural change into the future.

Half-day Professional Development workshops allow coverage of:
- greater detail and strategies (for staff only) on topics such as ‘Anxiety and Resilience’ or ‘From Jungle Behaviour to Student Wellbeing’ OR
- a combination of two topics in one staff session, such as ‘It’s a Jungle – Guide to Emotions and Behaviour’ and ’Conditions that Impact Student Behaviour’

At a professional level, Brenda most evidently ‘walked the talk’. Our second seminar focused on students who exist in our schools with special needs, diagnosed or otherwise. Many conditions were specifically considered, ranging from ADHD to Aspergers. The insight shared helped all staff to greatly comprehend the range of complexities and, moreover, the ‘buttons’, large and small, which can be pushed to significant positive or negative effect in each child’s progress from an academic or social perspective.
